Job Summary

Axiom World seeks a highly skilled and experienced Business English and Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the business communication, client engagement, and professional development skills of its employees. The selected candidate will play a critical role in identifying training needs, designing and delivering targeted training programs, and supporting the growth of individuals and teams. This part-time position requires a dynamic professional capable of driving organizational excellence through improved communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Design & Deliver Training Programs

•        Develop and deliver customized training sessions focusing on business communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills.

•        Ensure training content is practical, engaging, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

2.  Employee Skill Assessment

•        Conduct detailed evaluations to identify employees' strengths and areas for improvement.

•        Create and implement personalized development plans to address skill gaps and maximize potential.

3.  Facilitation & Engagement

•        Facilitate interactive and engaging onsite training sessions tailored to diverse learning styles and needs.

•        Use role-playing, case studies, and real-world examples to reinforce learning outcomes.

4.  Coaching & Support

•        Provide one-on-one coaching to boost employees' confidence in client interactions and communication.

•        Deliver constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to encourage continuous improvement.

5.  Evaluate & Report Progress

•        Measure the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.

•        Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting achievements and recommending future initiatives.

6.  Collaborate with Leadership

•     Partner with managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and client engagement strategies.

7.  English Language Proficiency

•     Enhance employees’ professional writing, speaking, and comprehension skills for business communication.

8.  Business Communication

• Focus on professional email etiquette and communication styles to improve internal and external interactions.

9.  Meeting Etiquette

•     Train employees in effective meeting participation and facilitation, including active listening and time management.

Qualifications:

Experience

•     Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, preferably in business communication and client engagement.

Education

•     Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.

Skills & Expertise

•        Expertise in professional communication, client relationship management, and negotiation.

•        Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

•        Proven ability to assess skill levels and design targeted training programs.

Technical Proficiency

• Familiarity with training tools, virtual platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
