Commitment to Excellence Through Attendance
Dedicated Work Hours: Achieving excellence starts with consistency. We value your commitment to completing eight (8) productive working hours each day. Your contributions during this time are essential for personal growth and team success.
Punctuality Matters: Starting strong sets the tone for the day. Arriving on time reflects your dedication to both your role and your team. For planned late arrivals, simply submit a request through the Pay People Management System for smooth approval and alignment.
Mindful Departures: Respecting scheduled work hours enhances efficiency and collaboration. When necessary, planned early departures can be easily arranged through the approval process—ensuring smooth workflow continuity for all.
Embracing Flexibility: We understand the need for adaptability. Flexible working hours are available upon request (24 hours in advance), with approval by your manager and coordination with HR Operations. This system empowers you to balance responsibilities while maintaining productivity.
Attendance Tracking and Feedback: Employees are responsible for regularly reviewing their attendance via the PayPeople Portal under “My Attendance” and must promptly request correction or report of any discrepancies observed.
Incomplete Attendance Record: If an employee fails to record either the Check-In or the Check-Out for a scheduled working day, the attendance for that day shall be classified as an Incomplete Record. An Incomplete Record will be treated as a Half-Day Absence, and will result in 0.5 day salary adjustment.
Handling Emergencies Thoughtfully: In unforeseen circumstances, promptly reporting emergency absences through the system or official channels helps us support you and your team effectively.
Short Leave Requests: We support your need for brief time-offs with prior submission (at least 3 hours in advance). This ensures minimal disruption while meeting individual needs. Allowed Two(2) per month.
Positive Reinforcement of Accountability:
- Probation Period: Staying punctual demonstrates your commitment during this crucial phase. More than three (3) late arrivals in a month will result in one-day salary adjustment.
-Confirmed Employees: Maintaining consistent attendance strengthens team rhythm and builds trust. Will lead to equivalent leave adjustment after three (3) grace instances
Balanced Flexibility: Allowances for two (2) late arrivals or early departures per month provide reasonable flexibility. Beyond this, adjustments help ensure fairness and responsibility across the team.
Why Attendance Matters
Your dedication to punctuality and presence lays the foundation for team harmony, productivity, and success. By maintaining reliable attendance, you contribute to a thriving workplace culture that values collaboration, excellence, and mutual growth.
