Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure seamless communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Resource Management:
- Assist in allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Support in identifying resource needs and coordinating procurement activities.
- Track resource utilization and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation, such as proposals, budgets, and contracts.
Stakeholder Management:
- Support in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
- Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Risk Management:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and escalate potential risks and issues to the Project Manager.
- Collaborate with the team to implement risk response plans and contingency measures.
Team Support:
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining project files.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive Background of Project Management with 3-4 years of experience
- ACCA (Completed)/ CA (Inter)/ Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as project management, business administration, engineering, or a similar discipline).
- Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
