Recruitment Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Lead to manage and enhance our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and candidate experience. You will lead hiring efforts across multiple departments, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with our company culture and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, functional, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals etc.
  • Manage and improve the candidate pipeline, interview processes, and hiring timelines.
  • Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide reports and insights.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Proficient in presenting hiring analytics, MS Excel, HRIS
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
