Technical Writer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and excellent writing skills to create clear, concise, and engaging content for our enterprise audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write content for internal and external communication, including white papers, blog posts, case studies, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to produce relevant and timely content.
  • Manage documentation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with markup languages (HTML, XML).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
