Responsibilities:
- Develop and write content for internal and external communication, including white papers, blog posts, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Create and maintain documentation templates and style guides.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to produce relevant and timely content.
- Manage documentation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and business processes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with markup languages (HTML, XML).
