As an HR Officer at Axiom Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Managing employee records and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinating and organizing training and development programs.
- Assisting in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handling general HR administration tasks.
- Supporting in HRIS implementation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- BBA or MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Tech Company as a Recruiter/HR.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
