Job Title: Presales Consultant

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-facing Presales Consultant to support our sales and technical teams in driving solution adoption. In this role, you will work closely with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our solutions can meet those requirements. You will own the technical validation, solution design, proposal creation, and support the deal closure process.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to uncover business objectives, IT landscapes, and project needs.
- Deliver compelling product demos, technical presentations, and workshop sessions.
- Create customized solution architectures in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Assist in designing and drafting proposals, SOWs, and technical validation documents.
- Lead the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and pricing models for enterprise clients.
- Conduct feasibility and gap analysis to recommend suitable platforms, tools, or services.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product stakeholders to support a smooth sales-to-delivery transition.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery success.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical client engagements.
- Proven experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or accounting software.
- Strong project coordination or project management skills.
- Solid understanding of SaaS, Cloud, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience working with RFP/RFI submissions, enterprise sales cycles, and proposal development.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
