Employee Financial Assistance Policy

Purpose

At Axiom World, we understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. This policy provides a framework for offering confidential financial assistance to employees facing hardship. Our goal is to stand beside our people during difficult times, reflecting our core values of empathy, support, and solidarity.

Confidentiality

All requests for financial assistance will be handled with the highest level of discretion. Only the Employee Financial Assistance Committee and relevant approving authorities will have access to the details, ensuring complete privacy for the applicant.

Eligibility

  • Available to all confirmed, full-time employees of Axiom World.
  • Assistance is offered for genuine, unforeseen emergencies that significantly impact the employee or their immediate family.
  • Each request will be reviewed individually based on merit, urgency, and available resources.

Types of Support

  1. Charity  Fund 
    1.  Provided to eligible employees and their dependents.
    2. May cover:
      1. Basic living expenses for those in genuine need.
      2. Educational support for dependents.
      3. Support in case of a dependent’s sudden disability or long-term illness requiring immediate care.
    3. Managed by a dedicated internal committee to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance with guidelines.

Application Process

  1. Submit a confidential email request to HR, clearly stating the reason for assistance.
  2. Provide supporting documents (e.g., medical bills, invoices, or proof of crisis).
  3. The Employee Financial Assistance Committee will review and respond within 7 working days.

Important Notes

  • Assistance is a goodwill gesture and not an entitlement.
  • Multiple requests from the same employee will be evaluated considering past assistance granted.
  • The company reserves the right to approve or decline requests based on available resources and policy guidelines.
