Senior Manager Consultancy (Accounts)

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Consulting Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience and hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. This role demands expertise in various ERP systems, accounting software, business process reengineering, and data analytics. The Senior Consulting Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategic management initiatives, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic and Operational Management:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team for onboarding of clients
- Deliverables as per scope of work which may include- but are not limited to: preparation of financial statement
Setup accounting/ERP systems in collaboration with the functional implementation team
Processing of payroll in USA, CA, EU
Collaborate with clients to provide delivery as per the agreed-upon scope
Manage and utilize team members effectively for smooth operations and task completion
Train Team Members taking into consideration the new systems and software in the market
Client Relations and Communication:
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Demonstrate excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills with clarity and concision.
- Exhibit open-mindedness, confidence, empathy, and respect in all client interactions.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Act as a team leader, planner, and organizer, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Drive initiatives and changes with a strategic management approach.
- Promote a strong work ethic, independence, and self-motivation within the team.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy and management.

Job-Related Skills:
